Hayden Bozarth, the owner of Alpha LLC, was born and raised in Spokane, Washington, where his journey in the roofing industry began. Raised as an only child, Hayden developed a strong sense of independence and a drive to continually improve himself. His introduction to the construction business began at the age of 16, where he had the opportunity to be a part of his dad’s construction company, immersing himself in the intricacies of the trade.

During the weekends, he worked as a laborer and feeder for the roofers, gaining hands-on experience in home remodeling and understanding the systems of the roofing process. The valuable lessons of hard work, effective communication, and respect were taught by his dad during this formative period.

In his junior year of high school, Hayden found his high school sweetheart, Jenelle, whose support fueled his commitment to refining his construction skills. Their partnership became a driving force behind Hayden’s determination to build his own roofing business. By the age of 20, Hayden’s journey took him to Idaho, where he had an opportunity to work on flat roofs with a local roofing company.

This experience not only expanded his expertise in roofing systems but also saw him taking on leadership roles on diverse job sites, marking a new milestone in his professional growth.

Recognizing the importance of honing his skills in roofing sales, communication, and industry standards, Hayden made the decision to enter the field of roofing sales. In this role, he delved into the intricacies of roofing sales, expanding his knowledge of various roofing systems and business foundations. Each experience contributed to the development of his skills, laying the groundwork for the establishment of his own business.

At age 24, Hayden began the paperwork to start his roofing business, and by the time he turned 25, Alpha LLC was officially established. Hayden aims for Alpha LLC to stand out as a leader in the industry, driven by his attention to detail, commitment to providing excellent customer service, and a dedication to delivering high-quality roofing solutions that have been ingrained since the beginning of his journey into the construction world.
